2 posts · Joined 2016. #31 · Mar 15, 2016. The jeep dealership is going to replace the dash on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. I am paying a $100.00 for the labor and dash which would cost well over $2,000. My only concern is this going to happen again in another 30,000 miles.
Thinking about jumping back into another Jeep. Found a 2011 Overland with the 5.7 but no tow package. I know I can add the hitch but what else would be needed to get the most towing potential? It does not have the quadra lift so will it just be standard shocks that let the back end drop when I hook up a heavy trailer? Thanks for the help!

21408 posts · Joined 2009. #3 · Dec 18, 2016. 110 is what the WK2 owners manual says. Lots of shops damage wheels and rotors by hammering and over torquing the lug nuts, then its tough getting the lug nuts loose later. The proper torque depends on the vehicle. 90 is fine, 100 is OK.
