ThisABFLEX Ab Belt is not even close to being as powerful even though it goes up to "100." It literally did NOTHING for the abs or the obliques. Just tickled a little bit whereas the Domas Ab Belt actually contracts the abs. I ended up returning this ABFLEX and repurchasing the Domas Ab Belt because I had such great results with it.
