When it comes to performance, the x360 version does run much smoother; averaging 10-20fps higher than the PS3 version most of the time. Neither version comes close to maintaining 60fps during combat, but the x360 version manages to stay in the 45-50fps range much of the time while the PS3 version frequently falls into the 35-40fps range.
Unfortunately, when Black Ops 3 launched, it landed itself in hot water with fans on the ‘old generation’ of consoles. While the game did launch on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 formats, it did so without the inclusion of a campaign mode.

If so, pc for custom maps. PC playerbase is defiantly a lot smaller than the consoles versions. Hell I bet the ps3 or Xbox 360 versions of bo3 have a bigger player base then the pc version, but at the of the day I'll take my 1440p max settings and 120 fov everyday compare to the console versions. :)
