Asking if the game is worth it on the game's subreddit seems silly. I would say as long as you go in with an open mind that this is more a Viking game versus and assassin game you'll be fine. Lots of cool fighting, pillaging, etc but the stealth aspects are kinda subdued. I loved it, but AC purist probably were a little turned off by it. It’s worth every penny. Lots of folk in the r/assassinscreed community really like Origins. I’ve noticed even many of the fans who say they hate the RPG style will say ā€œbut Origins was fineā€ while trashing the other two games hahaha And the reason why, mainly, is because the story is fantastic and the protagonist is well designed and It's shorter than most Assassin's Creed games but well worth a playthrough. 8 Assassin’s Assassin's Creed Origins proved to gamers that a 30-hour-long campaign is not too long for Assassin But even without the refund possibility i think the game is well worth it. #4. masteratt Oct 29, 2017 @ 4:05am. Optimisations in town are disheartening and you might have to put little effort to look past that but other than that, enjoying the game so far. Wish it ran smoother though. Assassin's Creed Origins turns five years old today, and it's clear now how it has deeply changed the beloved Ubisoft franchise. There was a solid loot system, a grind worth doing, open-world Hard diificulty is mostly manageable. The "dream" boss is more of a problem on hard. No trophies for difficulty though. You can do the whole game on easy if you want. "But I bet you still pick up your government paycheck at the end of every month." ~ Nathan Spencer, Bionic Commando (2009) Caniplaynow 6 years ago #4.
The director’s cut offers a little more variety, so the game is a bit less repetitive, so that one is worth it. Assassin’s Creed II and Brotherhood are worth it. Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is worth it, because there are a few gameplay improvements and you get Liberation with it. Unity with the dead kings DLC is worth it.
I decided to buy $20 worth of Helix Credits, and what I did immediately was buy the Booster Pack (after hearing how grindy and tedious the game can get), and now I have 900 Helix left. Any suggestions on what I should buy? I'm thinking either the Pegasos Mount because it looks so cool, or the complete map pack because I heard it's very
Absolutely not. I think they did an incredible job with this work and so should everyone. The impact of this mindset is that they have "over"protected their game.
