I have 3 level 80s and I've used 1 out of the 3 to beat all 3 main quest lines of the game. I always use my Necromancer. The base game and the 2 expansions. Not just that I've accomplished a huge of amount of things. So getting to my point. When I go to another one of my level 80's who hasn't accomplished what my main character has. It's been awhile; but I recall reading long ago that some chests (wasn't sure if it included Black Lion) were better to wait until Max Lvl to open for maximizing the chance to receive the 'best gear'. Is this still true? I also received a chest yesterday that contains an 'Exotic' from Daily Login Rewards. Thank you!

I know the journey to 80 may seem long, but it's really not. Other games make it more difficult to get to max level. I still remember the days of classic Korean MMO's that took MONTHS or even YEARS to get to max level if you were anything but hardcore. Give it a chance. You're at 55, so you're almost there! Do hearts, story, events, etc.

Reaper is a self-sufficient AoE DPS class that gets even better the less experienced its group is. Reaper's niche is that it has a huge health pool for a DPS class, and sustains very high personal Quickness, Might, and critical chance. It also brings heavy CC and Vulnerability similar to Holosmith.
