I've downloaded ETS and have added nothing at all to it. I set my controls up and they worked. However, every so often the button for reverse (while still showing the game settings as set) stops working and when I pull into a petrol station to fill up the truck's engine re-starts on it's own and the thing is stuck in reverse. Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it? EDIT: It happens

It sounds like you are using simple automatic. If you want to be able to shift between reverse, neutral, and drive, go into the Gameplay Options and select Real Automatic in the transmission dropdown. Then, go to Keybindings and assign a button to shift up, and shift down. After that, you should be able to control when the truck shifts into

Go to bottom of page in controller menu. I never bothered as most trucks (if not all) have auto boxes these days. I just set up buttons 12/13 for forward/reverse, selected realistic auto and assigned a key to switch between auto/manual transmission as needed. #1. Showing 1 - 1 of 1 comments. Per page: 15 30 50. Turn off cloud save for this game . Delete the profile from your ets2 folder in the documents folder along with the .BAK folder . You can also delete the profile from within the game after you load it up too but make sure you turn off cloud save before ya try that way . #1. IMO, it works horribly bad in reverse. If you put your head out the windows and turn the steering wheel, either your sight is focused solely on the middle of trailer, useless to see the end of the trailer or you're starting to sightsee and still don't see the end of the trailer.
Hello fellows, can someone help me with some advice please? I bought ETS, ETS2, TRUCK&TRAILERS and SCANIA SIMULATOR, but I can't figure out how to find an dolly trailer for any of these games. I have to learn to drive it.. Please help. Thanks in advance. Kind regards Dragoș
If I line-up the truck and the bed totally straight, the loader still goes crasy and turns to the side. There is all kinds of crasyness going on, how do I do it the normal way? I seriously think the game is bugged or something man.
Euro Truck Simulator 2. steering wheel on opposite side. I'm an american, and i've only been used to driving on the left side of the truck, and I know that u can do it in this game. but how can you swap the steering wheel to theo ther side cause i cant get used to this. It's easy enough to drive both LHD and RHD, just takes a while to get used
