Weird bug with Corvo's equipment. In my Dishonored playthrough on PC, I just completed the Flooded District mission and, of course, I went to retrieve Corvo's equipment. I succeeded and for a while I could still use every weapon I had. When I switched to Blink for my left hand, everything disappeared again from the shortcut bar, leaving me with

Simply equip it, and look around the level. You should see one or two markers. If there aren't any, you have collected them all for that area, or you're not close enough to them. Immediately after picking up a rune, you should see a popup on the left side of the screen. Press J and it will open your powers screen.

Although, there are places that are not possible without power unless you use bugs or something. But remember, you won't get all things with clean hands/ghost/no powers all at the same time. Since Dishonored is an Unreal 3 engine based game, you can try setting up an alias which will chain two commands: switch to a particular skill (or at least press a specific number key), attack. See the ue3 docs: ("key bind chaining" & "key bind aliasing")
This allows you to edit power statistics, mana/coin/rune costs, movement and jump level, damage, etc. with all labeled correctly. (NOTE: Steps may appear in the wrong numbered order if on mobile. Make sure to read from top to bottom) How to use: Download The Dishonored Cheat Kit. Extract The Dishonored Cheat Kit into a folder.
Swarms Bonecharms: Albinos - Rat swarms include more white rats. Bitter Blood - Bloodflies attack at slightly shorter distances, closer to nests. Blood Sacrifice - Killing bloodflies or rats restores Health. Carrion Killer - Killing rats or bloodflies boosts Adrenaline. Gutter Feast - White rats can be eaten for Mana.
Far Reach upgrade that allows you to "Pull" people (helpful if you have the black bone charm that silences them mid-air). Domino upgraded all the way. Doppelganger, all non-lethal upgrades. Shadow Walk, Rat Tunnel upgrade (this lets you go through rat tunnels while in Shadow Walk mode) Mesmerize, fully upgraded. r/dishonored.

Dishonored thrives in its setting. The whale oil industry that powers everything, the arc pylons that tower as a warning not to approach, and so much more. But Dishonored is a playground, so its own mechanical marvels can be turned against it. RELATED: Dishonored: Everything You Can Use A Rewire Tool On

Step 3: Cleanup. Load the pre-existing save that you should have made during the final mission of your second playthrough. Complete the game then go to mission select. Now look over your trophies and see which one (s) you need to unlock, and refer to their respective trophy walkthroughs. The stun mine is a gadget that Daud can acquire in The Knife of Dunwall and in The Brigmore Witches DLC, and that Corvo Attano and Emily Kaldwin can acquire in Dishonored 2. Stun mines target enemies, allies, and neutral characters alike

Love Mission+ however need one change. I love Arkane for continuing to add in stuff two years later especially this Mission+ as Dishonored 2 is one of my favorite games from this generation. However, while there is a menu before starting a level to select blueprint upgrades for your gear, there is no option to turn off the persistent powers u32on4j.
